Although we give the companies that start working with us a comprehensive panel, the proposal side generally ran over PDF plus email, and that is hard to keep track of. We decided it was not sustainable and built a separate CRM for taking proposal requests and sending proposals out to new clients.
The Türk SEM Proposal CRM was developed by the Türk SEM Developer team.
Our New Proposal System
We now follow and record every company that gets in touch with Türk SEM. We manage them from one panel, group them and email them when it is called for. We also note our own proposals and how the other side engaged with them, so the first impression our firm makes holds to a high standard.
Companies
We record companies and write up notes after each contact with them. We keep a log of what happened and analyze the process as accurately as we can.
Services
We built out a comprehensive services section. Every proposal has a nature of its own, and we separated that out under services. Google Ads, for instance, takes a service fee as a percentage of the advertising spend, while an SEO engagement takes a set figure every month. Web design work is not monthly at all, it is a single payment.
Every service has its own payment profile, and we structured that so it can be measured and improved.
Proposals
We brought companies and services together and presented the result to users through a corporate interface in the proposal system. The company reaches it by email, behind a 32 character security token. In the proposal section we reflect any discount there may be, note who acted on it, and more importantly give every piece of information needed about what we are offering.
