Terms of Use
This page explains the terms under which you use the Türk SEM membership and member panel. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Who we are
Türk SEM is a registered trademark held by Tahir Dinç under registration number 2022 191367. The company is headquartered in Aksaray, Turkey.
We operate two official addresses: www.turksem.com and www.turksem.com.tr. Any site outside these two has no connection to Türk SEM.
2. Membership
Membership is free. You sign in with your Google account, so you never create a separate password with us.
We made Google the only way in for one reason: it means we never have to store a password for you. Your password never reaches us, so a data breach cannot expose it. Google handles the authentication and we only receive the result.
Membership passes us three things: your name, your email address, and the URL of your Google profile picture.
3. The Google Search Console connection
When you add a site to the panel, we ask for access to Google Search Console. This is not an optional extra, it is a condition of adding a site. There are two reasons.
- Proof of ownership. The permission shows that the site you are adding really belongs to you. Without it, anyone could add someone else's site and read their data. Ownership verification runs through a single gate in our system and cannot be bypassed.
- Making sense of your search data. The panel reads your search performance from Search Console and turns it into something you can act on: where you rank for each query, which page is losing clicks, and what changed since last month.
4. What we read, and what we never do
From Search Console we read: search queries, clicks and impressions, average positions, breakdowns by page and country, indexing status, and sitemap information.
Our access is read-only. We never change or delete anything in your Search Console account, never add a property, never submit a sitemap, and never send any request to Google on your behalf.
We use what we read only to display and interpret it inside your own panel. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
You can revoke the permission whenever you want. Go to the security settings of your Google Account, open the list of third-party apps with account access, and remove Türk SEM. Once revoked, the panel stops pulling your search data.
5. What we expect from you
Only add sites that you own or are authorized to manage.
Do not share your account with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
Do not overload the tools with automated requests. Free tools have per-user limits, and we block requests that try to exceed them.
6. Scope of the service
The panel is a tool that measures your site and explains what it finds. Its output is advice. Your position in search results is not under our control, and acting on the panel's findings does not guarantee any particular ranking.
Some measurements depend on outside data sources. When a source returns nothing, the matching section stays empty. We say so plainly in the panel rather than filling the gap with a guess.
We may change the panel as we improve it, add new sections, or remove sections nobody uses.
7. Pricing
Membership and everything the panel does today are free. If we ever add a paid tier, we will announce it beforehand and we will not bill you retroactively for the free use you have already had.
8. Deleting your account
To close your account, write to [email protected]. Your site data held in the panel is deleted along with the account.
Records we are legally required to keep are the exception; those are held until their retention period ends.
9. Limits of liability
The panel is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, an outage at an external service, or an unexpected fault can cause temporary interruptions.
You are responsible for the outcome of changes you make to your site based on the panel's findings. We recommend taking a backup before you make them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the panel or by email.
11. Contact
For questions, write to [email protected] or call +90 216 606 23 72.
