Software Specialist Vacancy

We are looking for a software specialist to join the Türk SEM software development team.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. A graduate of a relevant university department (computer engineering, software engineering, management information systems, mathematical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering and so on),
2. At least 4 years of experience in Linux and PHP technologies, 
3. Has built WordPress plugins and themes before,
4. Experienced with relational databases such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL,
5. Has worked with Entity Framework,
6. Has worked with Git version control,
7. Committed to OOP, clean code and the SOLID principles,
8. Interested in SEO and experienced in technical SEO work,
9. Familiar with the software development life cycle,
10. Knowledgeable about CQRS and microservice architectures,
11. Good spoken and written English,
12. Strong analytical problem solving,
13. A results driven approach to work,
14. Able to work on projects as part of a team,
15. Follows new technology and keeps developing,
16. No obstacle to travel at home or abroad,
17. Living in Istanbul or able to move there.

PREFERRED

1. A master’s student or graduate,
2. Motivated to share the solutions they build through academic publication,
3. Knows and can apply the Scrum and Agile cycle,
4. Experienced with version control systems such as Azure DevOps and GitHub,
5. Knowledgeable about SQL (sqflite) or NoSQL (Hive, ObjectBox),
6. Knowledge or experience of ELK, Redis, RabbitMQ, event sourcing, NoSQL and SignalR,
7. Knowledgeable about CI/CD.
