At Türk SEM we keep building tools that will be of use on your website. This one lets professionals run thorough analysis, but even a beginner can pull useful data out of it. With the figures from our PageSpeed work you will see which changes to your site worked and which did not. This new tool serves far more comprehensive data than the classic page speed tools.
With this new tool you can follow which metric your page speed changed on.

The Classic Page Speed Tools
Page speed tools connect to your site, grade it in a lab environment against a set of metrics and measure how fast it is. PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix and the Türk SEM page speed tool all do the same job and work on much the same logic.
In SEO, a page opening quickly counts for a great deal. So we were constantly measuring the speed of our pages and having to record the results by hand. We noticed how much work that was, and nearly 3 years ago we started testing our partners’ sites systematically with our own speed tool. But; that was lab data. As a professional digital marketing agency we needed to work from something more concrete.
We still use our normal speed tool. In the client panel there is a separate speed tool running over cURL. We take speed and customer experience very seriously, and we have now published a site speed tool far more useful than anything we built before. It is free for everyone right now and they can use it however they like.
The New Page Speed Change Tool
We published the tool at turksem.com/pagespeed. We are confident the professionals among you will be impressed. Visit weekly and you can compare how the changes on your site are landing with users. Unlike our other 2 speed tools, this one draws on real user data. Which gives you something concrete and real.

You can test mobile and desktop separately, so you get separate information about your mobile and desktop visitors. You can also compare your current speed against previous periods.
- The previous report
- The average of the previous 5 reports
- The average of the previous 12 reports
- The average of every previous report
That lets you set your current speed against other periods and see whether things have improved or got worse.

A large improvement looks like the picture above. But; that is not feedback about your site opening quickly. It shows that your site is faster now than in the period you selected.
The Connection Speed Distribution of Your Visitors
SEO specialists know how critical this figure is. If users on slow connections are reaching your site more than they reach others, you may need to move on it immediately.

Sub Metrics

You can reach statistics on the real experience your visitors are having. Remember that this data comes from the Chrome browser.
Real and Actionable Insights
This is the section examining the changes, what you should do about them and what they mean for your site. Answers are given against roughly 500 different scenarios.

A Multilingual PageSpeed Tool
We published the PageSpeed tool in 3 languages: Turkish, English and German. It opens in English, and you can switch to Turkish or German from the language settings at the top right. It is completely free right now with full access. It is more comprehensive and more useful than a good many paid page speed tools, and it costs nothing.
