At Türk SEM we have been setting the standard in digital marketing and SEO since 1999. Now we are opening a new chapter with Hotel WD, our global SaaS project built on Next.js with Gemini AI behind it, which will change the hotel business from top to bottom.
We position ourselves as an “infrastructure company” in the mold of Vercel. While we focus on perfecting the technology, keeping server performance at its peak and developing the AI integrations, we are looking for “strategic technology consultants” to bridge hoteliers and that technology.
Your Role: Translating the Technology and Managing a Portfolio
This is not a photocopying internship. This is a field leadership position inside a technology ecosystem.
Leading the setup: connecting to hoteliers over Google Meet and completing the setups that look “complicated”, Google Cloud, the Gemini API and Stripe, in 15 minutes.
Training: showing hotel owners the Hotel WD panel and teaching them how the system lets them sell without commission.
First line support: being the “face of the technology” for the hotels you look after. You handle the simple operational questions so our core team, software and infrastructure, can stay on innovation.
What We Are Looking For
Passionate about technology, following what happens in Next.js and AI with real enthusiasm.
A strong communicator: able to explain a technical subject patiently and simply to a hotelier who keeps technology at arm’s length.
Entrepreneurial candidates who say “I will grow this portfolio” rather than “I just do my job”.

A fixed internship salary: paid monthly.
Lifetime recurring commission: you take a regular annual percentage of the license fee of every hotel you bring into the system, for as long as that hotel stays.
