Page Authority Checker
Measure the authority of a single page on a 0 to 100 scale. See the page score next to the domain score, up to 10 addresses at once.
Visitors get 5 checks a day, members get 25. Results are cached for 7 days, so asking about the same address again costs you nothing.
What is page authority?
Page authority applies the same formula as domain authority to one address: how many sources link directly to that page, and how much weight they carry. It describes the URL itself rather than an average across the site. That is why a guide people have cited for years and a service page published yesterday can sit on the same domain and score very differently. Since pages are what actually compete in the search results, this is the more useful number for competitor analysis.
Why is my page lower than my domain?
On almost every site it is, and that is normal. The domain score comes from the combined pull of links to all pages, while a page score comes only from links to that one address. Out in the world most links land on the home page or on a handful of popular pieces, and the rest of the site draws its share through internal links. That is also the most direct and most neglected way to lift a page: link to it meaningfully from the strong pages you already own.
Which pages are worth checking?
The pages that bring in business: service and product pages, guides that convert, category pages. Then check the page that is beating you. If the address ranking above you for the same keyword has a higher page score, the gap is usually authority rather than content. If it has a lower one, the difference lies in the content, in how well it matches the search intent, or on the technical side. Telling those two cases apart is the fastest way to start on the right work.
Frequently asked
- What is the difference between page authority and domain authority?
- Domain authority summarizes the strength of links pointing at the whole site. Page authority covers only the links pointing at the single address you entered. Two pages on the same site share a domain score but can have very different page scores.
- Why does my newly published page score zero?
- If a page has not earned an external link yet, or has not entered the link index, the score comes out near zero. That is expected for new content, and it rises as the page collects internal links and external citations over time.
- What is the fastest way to raise page authority?
- Link to the target page meaningfully from the pages on your own site that are already strong. It is the one lever entirely within your control, and it sits comfortably within Google's guidelines.
