What Is the Türk SEM Constitution?

It was written so that the journey running from 1999 to today lasts longer than any of us: it sets down the general working principles and the culture of Türk SEM for the generations that come after.

“If It Is Worth Doing, Türk SEM Does It Best.”

It is entered into the record so that this idea keeps its meaning for the generations to come.

Türk SEM Founding Principles

From 2025 Onwards…

  • Always be certain that what you are doing is the best version of it.
  • Every move you make should rest on academic research and be provable with mathematical data.
  • Treat the work you take responsibility for as your own, and along the way do only what you are sure is right.
  • Think a thousand times, act once.
  • Run surveys. Know in advance what people will think. There is no such thing as luck.
  • It may be a digital marketing campaign or the launch of a project. Sometimes the smallest shift in approach changes the whole game. If that small difference takes days of thinking, take the days.
  • No great success has ever come from easy steps. The hard road is usually the best one. This holds for our own companies as much as for the companies whose work we take on.
  • Whatever Türk SEM has turned its hand to, it has tried to do it best. That has mattered more than any financial gain, and it will go on mattering more.
  • Everyone who inherits Türk SEM must carry the same awareness and place love for the brand at the foundation of their work ethic. These principles, alive from 1999 to 2025, will reach the generations after you in no other way.
  • These views stand above four companies: the Türk SEM roof must only ever be associated with quality products and quality service.
  • Pay no attention to those who said mathematics ended the day the calculator arrived, or that software developers ended the day artificial intelligence arrived. Embrace every new technology with affection, adopt it, and be among the first to use it. Make sure Türk SEM is the first to use things in an original and genuinely useful way, and take pride in that.
  • When Türk SEM provides a service or a product, it may be for a national newspaper, one of the largest hospital groups in Türkiye, the oldest travel agency in Türkiye, or a visionary business in a single city that simply loves to grow. Bring the same confidence and the same determination to all of it. That outlook is what carried Türk SEM to where it stands today.
  • Before you take a job on, think. Look at the product and the service. Analyze the difference it makes. Would it be a product or a service for you? Offer Türk SEM's services once your answer is yes, I would want this. That is the only way the principle “If It Is Worth Doing, Türk SEM Does It Best” is kept alive.
