Account and Data Deletion

This page is for deleting accounts and data associated with Türk SEM's Google Play apps (SEO Haberleri and SEO Sıra Bulucu). When you submit the form, your request is recorded and the legal clock starts.

How the process works

  1. Fill in the form below with the email address you used in the app; add your username if you have one.
  2. If needed, we send a verification email to the same address to confirm the request.
  3. Records associated with the app are deleted within 30 days at the latest, and you are informed of the result by email.
  4. Records under a legal retention duty (for example this deletion request itself) are kept separately for the duration of that duty.

Data status per app

SEO Haberleri

You do not need an account to read content in SEO Haberleri. Records such as notification preferences live on your device. If you still want a record associated with the app deleted, use the form below; we resolve requests within 30 days and inform you by email.

SEO Sıra Bulucu

Queries in SEO Sıra Bulucu do not require an account. The keywords and domains you query are processed to run the service. If you want a record associated with the app deleted, use the form below; we resolve requests within 30 days and inform you by email.

Webmaster

Webmaster asks for no account and collects no data. The addresses you monitor, the check log, and your settings live only on your phone; nothing is sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes that data from your device, and there is no record of yours for us to delete. If you still have a request, use the form below.
